As soon as I walked thru the door, the receptionist was kind & friendly. Checked me in and guided me where to be seated and wait. The nurse came to get me, on time as scheduled. She also was kind. The doctor came in, talked to me about my health, exam me, and talked to me about my options etc. I love that Dr Oscar Ruiz ALWAYS takes the time to listen and explain so I can understand what he is talking about. I always recommend Dr Ruiz to friends & family. This facility is so good in scheduling referrals, they help with everything
