I always see NP Olivia Zessemos for all my appointments. She is truly a gem . Olivia always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. She's very knowledgeable and I trust her 1000% to manage my care . She also goes above and beyond . Last visit , my veins were uncooperative and the person trying to draw labs couldn't get my vein. Olivia came to the rescue to help and found my tricky vein first try . I am very thankful for her !

Olivia Zessemos was fantastic at my new patient consultation. I needed a provider after my doctor of 30 years retired and came highly recommended by coworkers. She had reviewed my available history ahead of my appointment, asked in depth questions for one of my less common conditions and took time to research during a visit when I felt I was holding her up from her next patient. She was adamant that this is what she's there for and insisted on ensuring everything was covered thoroughly. As an RN myself, I know how stretched for time clinicians are and was impressed with our visit. She even noted that I live quite a distance and that she'd help in anyway to limit challenges getting in to be seen in future.
The cardio metabolic clinic provided a list of care providers in the advocate system who take our insurance and we were able to easily make a decision based on that info very easily. We're very happy with the care we are receiving with advocate.
My appointment was at 230. I didn't get called into a room until 3 and the doctor didn't come in the room until after 315. This happened at my last appointment too which was first thing in the morning and I was an hour late for work. So maybe not scheduling so many patients at the same time.
I really felt like Olivia listened to me and took my odd complaint seriously.

Olivia is kind and easy to talk to. I really liked that the nurse knew I like lying down to get my blood drawn as I sometimes get lightheaded. She either remembered from the last time I was in or she read this in my chart notes but it made me feel better.
My provider is great. The office management is terrible. I asked them 3x if I needed to fast, come to find out in my appointment I was supposed to fast. My provider was also late due to unforeseen circumstances which it totally ok, but the front desk didn't notify me until 45 after the appointment and I was the first one of the day!
