Dr R. is kind and patient (no pun intended). I've had 2 strokes (poor health habits, hypertension) and her advice has been a great help to me.

Dr Raskovich is an excellent physician, who listens and provides compassionate and knowledgeable care.

I would never change my health care provider she knows about my health care needs and provide all necessary care if needed.

Not enough time to spend with this new primary care appointment and doctor to establish 100% understanding on both our parts. She is an excellent listener and I would have preferred more time.

I had to wait an hour past my appointment time before I was seen and it does take over a month to get an appointment but Dr Raskovich is worth it. She listens, spends time, and is genuinely caring.

I love Dr Raskovich but what is going on with Advocate staff. They are not at all client centered. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I inquired at the desk if there was a problem with my appointment because the APP showed my appointment was canceled. I was told to spot down it was fine. Ten minutes later I again inquired about my appointment. I was told she'd message Dr and get back to me. Finally I was called back to the exam room where I was not communicated with at all by a not very friendly nurse. When my Dr was able to see me she apologized and let me know she was helping another patient who was experiencing an emergency. As always, Dr Raskovich was kind and professional. She always listens with her mind and heart. But please dial with other staff about courteous and professional behavior.
