Dr. Olivera Raskovich is not only a wonderful person and an experienced physician, but also bilingual, which made a huge difference for an elderly patient who doesn't speak English. Empathy and care dr. Olivera has demonstrated really made the visit pleasant. We will be her patient going forward.

This is a great doctor. She always keeps up with my health. She will look for different ways of treating the problem. She explains to me what some side effects might be so I'll know what to do should they occur.
I have been a patient of Dr. Raskovich for many years and value her knowledge, experience and care. She is very kind and has helped my wife and I a great deal. In short, we like her. However, our experience with Advocated Medical Group (AMG) is rocky. The patient experience up until you get into the exam room can be tough. As an example, my wife waited 45 minutes for a Covid shot. We eventually left and went Walgreens were we walked in and got it done quickly. Another example is where I came back to AMG the day after my appointment for blood work. The order for blood work wasn't in the system so they couldn't accommodate me. As Dr. R as off on this day, there was no one who could enter an order for simple blood work. My only option was to leave and return on another day. Its important for AMG to understand that PATIENTS come first. And, when things don't go as a planned, others should be empowered to address the situation. AMG apologized to me and explained they were very busy. I appreciated this, but please understand your patients are busy too. I will add, each time we have been there recently, a number of their staff tend to congregate and socialize near the entry way. This might be a minor point in your eyes but this isn't a particularly good look at a time with sky high medical costs. I offer the above in the spirit of helping AMG improve the patient experience.
