The entire health care system is unsatisfactory today. No real personal contact when not sitting in front of provider. No such thing as talking to them by phone any more.

My experience felt personal. I didn't feel like I was a transaction to the staff. My provider talked with me as if she has been in my life for many years.

Would prefer to see the Dr. with whom I have the appointment, or at least be toldat time I male the appointment who I will see.

My Dr recently retired. In all fairness this was my first interaction with this Dr. She was attentive. Went through 3 different people asking me questions. I have not really finished my interaction as my blood work has not been reviewed yet. While my vitals were taken by the health team, my body was never touched by the Dr. ie, listening to my heart beat, checking throat and ears, feeling glands.
