It's always a good experience!!!

Dr Khangura is wonderful! I was greeted warmly by each person along the way. My questions were all answered. Including full information as requested. The new office entrance & wait setting feels roomier and allows for assistive equipment patients bring along. The check in desk design obstructs eye contact. I realize the newer double screen helps staff. PS Would you at Aurora, consider any quieting, pleasant nature scenes, sounds on a screen for those waiting with dilated eyes? Comfortable seating would be easing for people with a longer wait also.

Dr. Khangura is extremely efficient and answers all of my questions. She and her staff have been extremely helpful when issues with my eyecare needed to be addressed immediately.
