Entire office staff very personable and friendly. Would highly recommend.
My medical history, meds. etc., is not up to date on this portal. There does not seem to be a provision to ask questions directly of the provider and the verification code process is irritating. The Pro Health portal is much easier to use.
Great Dr. and staff at Summit
Was there 2 hours and made late to another appointment because of two 20 minute waits to see the doctor, she appeared rushed, I could not hear or keep pace with what she said through a mask and believe her schedule and what is expected of her are overly harsh. I deserved better and so does she.
She is a very good doctor.
i was seen promptly and everyone was so nice, as they did my eye tests. got the brochures i needed for more info. very good job for everyone

I felt somewhat rushed with the doctor 's consultation itself.
The eye doctor never introduced herself. She seemed impatient with the ophthalmology tech. She abruptly put in my eye drops, did a thorough eye exam, handed me my eye prescription, turned and walked out the door (pointing the direction of the lobby). Very abrupt- poor experience for a patient. She said she'd provide me a couple suggestions for eye drops & she did not......just left. The word that sticks out is ABRUPT.
