The expected wait for dilation is 30 minutes, but I was waiting much longer than that for the doctor to arrive. The pretest exam was very timely, but then I waited more than 45 minutes for the doctor to come into my room. I could hear the doctor visiting with other patients through the walls. At one point all was silent, and I wondered if I had been forgotten. When the doctor appeared, they seemed rushed which is very different than my previous experiences with this doctor.
Dr. Khangura has always been so very considerate and caring in her approach to my cares. She makes me feel comfortable and her focus is always on my best interest. She takes time to explain procedures and any changes or issues that she encounters during my eye exams.
Dr. Khangura can seem like she's rushed but she is always very professional and friendly. She is efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. I'm very glad I found her when I switched eye doctors several years ago.
Doctor did explain fairly well the my diagnosis and possible outcomes and treatments. My only concern was how rapidly she the exam and explanation was. As a former RN I am more familiar with medical terms but wonder if someone less knowledgeable would have issues.
Dr. Khangura speaks too quickly and does not look the patient in the face when she speaks. She just does things to you without saying what she is doing or why. The tech this visit was much better and seemed more skilled than the tech on the previous visit.
I feel like Dr. KHANGURA seemed a little rushed with this visit, & possibly spent a little less time with me than on previous visits.

Ophthalmologist & tech very through, friendly & informative.
I realize that they are under construction so that is why things were delayed in waiting. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the care I get.
