Provider talked over me when I was trying to explain billing issue at last appointment so that it didn't happen again & then walked out & onto next appointment in room next door without saying goodbye

My experience with the healthcare providers in Opthalmology at Aurora has consistently been very positive over many years. The staff as well as the doctors I have seen have all been warm, yet professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I have had have been promptly answered.
I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment. Then the Dr came about 45 after dilating my eyes and they said 30 minutes. It does not seem long until you are sitting g and just waiting in a darkened room. Dr seemed rushed and was not her usual self. Wish both of these were closer to the time promised. Waiting area is very small and a man was coughing alot near me

First time seeing this doctor and she was awesome as was her nurse. I only did they do thorough testing, but they explained everything and what to expect with the upcoming surgery.
I was in the office 2.5 hours! It was VERY busy. Schedulers did not take into account the type of visits that were scheduled that day according to people in the office. Time was over booked. Many people in the waiting area. The doctor was rushed and therefore short with information.
