They were so kind and friendly and on time

It seems as if she was rushed to get to the next patient. She spent about 5 minutes in the room, mostly going over the chart and labs. She ordered a Dexcom G 7, but ordered it from Express Scripts which does not cover that. The Dexcom is considered medical equipment and must be ordered from a medical equipment vendor. The doctor and staff should know that. I was not given an opportunity to explain that, as she had to go. The care has really gone down these past 5 years. The practice does not care for the patient, they just shuffle them through. Shame on you! Not the doctor's fault, it's orders from Advocate.

After many times trying to reschedule this visit from the original date & given conflicting responses, I was told to be there 1 hr. earlier than the appointment.
