Advocate provide a porter for the communication but I have difficulty to login or find porter the name of porter is not Advocate, so I cannot find it a few weeks later. I wish Advocate use email and text messages not unknown porter. I cannot find or login all the messages from Advocate.

Dr. Fatima is good listener and very understanding. She is knowledgeable about my treatment and gives me always good advise

Dr. Fatima is awesome but her people need to take their time with patients with the following: listening, checking on the Dr.'s notes regarding when patient ME tell them since I'm extremely handicapped just getting out of the hospital and due to cold weather I need to make the appointment virtual they need to honor the request.

She definitely understands diabetes management and how to explain it to her patients.
