We had a telephone visit. I had him on speaker phone and ot wasn't loud enough but the worst part is we couldn't understand him. From the low volume and his accent we couldn't make out hardly anything he was saying. He was very nice, repeated himself when asked (it didn't help). He's sending us info so we xan read about it.
