He is very friendly and helpful

Dr. Shah is a very caring provider. He is straight forward and up front with information regarding my health. However I read the notes about the visit in the Livewell app and it stated that I'm noncompliant in taking my prescriptions. It's hard to take meds on a schedule when they make me feel awful. I have a husband and a mother that I take care of so it's hard to do when I'm not feeling well. I've also told several of my providers that I'm tired all the time, I don't sleep well and I've lost interest in many activities that I once enjoyed. I can't just come out and say I'm feeling depressed quite a bit more than normal. It's not easy to talk to anyone about that. I'm not saying the staff or Dr. Shah doesn't care but I'm not being noncompliant on purpose.
