AWARE OF MY HEALTH ISSUES AND WAYS TO BETTER CONTROL THEM

I loved the way the whole medical team works. I makes a patient feel welcome . Keep up the great team work. This is were I should have been years ago.

Dr. Shah is a very good doctor he always answers all of my questions and will direct me to the right doctors if I have any concerns that he can't answer or isn't in his field of studies

I feel very comfortable with my present medical professional medical personnel.

Dr Shah was exceptional

I appreciate that he didn't have a so called "scribe" in the room with him to record false information about me like what happened at my last visit to my cardiologist. As far as I know there is no process to dispute what was written in the after visit notes. If this continues I will switch to another health care provider other than Aurora.

That they take a little more time with the patient, explaining a little more what they should do to be better their health and diets.

I believe the doctor really cares about my health and he took the time to explain to me things I've asked him he keeps a real close eye on my medication that I'm taking for my thyroid and cholesterol
