I felt the scribe and MA were attentive and helpful, but the doctor was a tad dismissive, impatient, and anxious to get me out the door--very much contrasting with his Aurora pulmonologist predecessor, who retired.

When I was called into the office the nurse should have been helpful instead of just watching my Son get me, my wheelchair and oxgen into the office. When I said she could help him she just looked at us and my son said he had it. She was not friendly at all even after we got into the office. She could have cared less.
