Had a pleasant experience !
This time and the last time I was seen by him he did not listen to my heart or my lungs. One would think as a pulmonary doctor he would. My weight is always a problem for me and he did positively make a remark about it.
The Doctor, listened to all my concerns and gave me the answers, I needed to continue my treatment
I had to ask this physician to listen to my lungs, because they were sounding very wheezy and congested. This information was not in my chart when I went to view the notes. I had to send a message to the doctors office to ask him to put it in there. The nurse messaged back and said he updated the chart. I do not see where it is updated. I shouldn't have to ask a pulmonologist to listen to my lungs. There is only one procedure the doctor offered me and I am not up to that surgical procedure. There is not enough data to discern a positive outcome. There is another procedure for my Tracelmalcia And he has no idea if I would be a candidate and they are in the Froedtert system. He doesn't seem to know my history or when I stopped or started medication. This doctor did not offer me much help with my condition. When I read the notes, it looks like a document that is a template and just typed in new dates. I am very unhappy with this doctor and don't know where else to go. The nurse was not very polite either, and was just going through the motions.
It is always a good visit when I have my appointment with the Doctor.
Apptmt on time, courteous and easy to converse with. Not a lot of exam room waiting.
I love this clinic, they are very helpful and always gets me in .
Listened to office girl try to fill canceled appointments. At least 6 calls. Maybe try to keep up with people that are there for appointments and not try to upsell a new cpap machine. Not as happy as with other appointments.
