She is approachable, friendly, efficient, professional, kind and caring.
There were several patients in waiting area so I was not seen at 11 am. But once in, nurse promptly took all vitals, etc. Dr. S is professional, caring, and answered 5 questions I brought in with me. She not only was concerned about my medical needs but sympathetically listed to my stressed out concerns about frightening daily political stressors. Maybe Advocate could be doing something special to address Seniors in distress over state of our nation these days.
I never feel rushed and Dr Speil listens carefully.
