Getting an appointment lately has been a real challenge. I had to keep calling and get in on a cancellation. It's getting impossible to be seen when you are experiencing a problem. Not being able to see a doctor for months is not helpful when you are ill.

Provider was 15 mins late on call. I had to take the video call while at work, so this was an issue.

Dr Speil took her time with me. After 20 years with my previous 2 physicians, I feel that my needs were being listened to and welcomed the suggestions Dr Speil recommended.

Every encounter I have had at the Rand Road facility has been impressive. The person who greets me is always kind. I am directed to the right "line" to be checked in and am seen by either the phlebotomist or Dr. Speil in a very timely manner. As a nurse for over 40 years, I deeply appreciate the care and concern everyone displays.

They did seem to be running a little behind. But since I will be trying anew medication, she took a lot of extra time to explain what to expect.

The VERY BIG problem is getting past the call center and then getting an appointment. In this case I feel like the only reason I was able to get in is because I was struggling to breath at the LGH ED 8 hours before. I really felt like I had to push my way in.
