I am most pleased with Dr. Speil for she is friendly and treats you with respect.

Dr. Speil is a good listener and easy to talk to. She has a friendly disposition and takes care of me and my health issues.

They were running a little bit behind but when I was seen, she took all the time necessary to go over labs, medication changes, etc. The nurse is also efficient and thorough.

The blood test on Monday prior to the visit was delayed. Apparently someone called in sick. I waited> 20 min. That's never happened!

I was lucky I had this appointment set up weeks ago as a follow up. Because trying to set up an appointment with the urgent care area is not very easy and since Advocate closed all the Walgreens care locations which was very convenient. Also sometimes you can't see a doctor for days and they try to find an appointment at the urgent care area but they can't book for a different day.

The staff are very friendly and courteous

I can't say enough positives about my doctor and her team. They are wonderful!!
