Nicole was very pleasant as were the people I checked in with for my appointment. Nicole was thorough in her explanation of what I need for self improvement. Making appointments for me and suggesting where to go for my bone density.

Provider was fine, I waited over 45 to be seen. As a medical provider I understand wait times can and will vary BUT almost 1 hour to be seen is wrong. I was told to be there at 335 didn't get seen till 420. Didn't leave till 520. Unacceptable
