I appreciated the fact that she allowed my daughter on speaker phone for the consult plus the three other people I brought. I appreciated the visuals she drew on the back of my notes. and was happy to review them later. There is so much to take in when you get diagnosed with something, so the words and pictures help reinforce my knowledge on the diagnosis.
