This visit was a follow up to a follow up to another follow up etc. The last group of questions made me think that this was my first visit or that I did not know how to handle my problem that I have had for the last several years. Also, since I sometimes have multiple visits to you folks in one day or one week it would be nice to know which visit you are asking about.
