She had resources available I had never learned about before. She was able to arrange a way to address some help for problems I was having and explain a condition I was dealing with that I had not understood in the past

I recently had my surgery for the Inspire implant. It's been a few months, but it hasn't been super easy transition from training with the implant in my body to adapting to the every day every night use. It is difficult to schedule a quick appointment with the doctor or the PRN to make adjustments to my Inspire remote, this is very frustrating. There should be easy access for people that spent over $100,000 on a surgery so that they can get the needed care to adjust the Inspire in a faster time than four weeks what the. So I'm disappointed about the ease of access to the lack of response of the staff and the doctors to set up a reasonable appointment time for adjustments to the critical Inspire remote, which is the only thing that controls my sleep . Please find time to respond, urgently peoples phone calls as opposed to waiting to return their calls and setting up an appointment times that are not acceptable for them. I'm satisfied with the doctors, not with the staff, but the fact that the office has a very poor process of protecting the patient and favor of a slow administrative process that helps no one.
Nicole Davis is amazing. She listens carefully to my concerns. She explains things very thoroughly to me. I look forward to seeing her again for my six month follow up.
