I was pleased with the knowledge of the doctor and the recommended advice, that was easy to understand.

The doctor was very helpful, instructive, pleasant and patient. We would definitely recommend him and will return for necessary follow through

I have hemorrhoids inside and out and he told me to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, to increase my fiber intake and gave me papers that tell what were good things to eat to increase my fiber and amount of fiber in different foods

Still waiting for call to set up appointment for surgical procedure to be done. Was told a call would come yesterday or today. No call as of yet.

Dr Ward and his nurse were very nice and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to listen and answer my questions. I never felt rushed.

I liked Dr Ward. Very knowledgeable about medicine in general, and very current in his specialty. He will be the 3rd surgeon I've used in the Aurora system, all were good in their specialty.

Wasn't really happy that I had been told I Had to have this appointment. Almost felt like I was made to come in just to have to pay for another appointment. Basically used time, gas and money for Doctor to say the same thing back to me I told them over the phone. Good doctor otherwise. But this appointment was just unnecessary.
