Dr. Hempeck is very nice. And did a fantastic job on my back.

Dr. H. explained thing well. I enjoyed speaking with him about his training and education( with my past surgeon).

My entire experience with Aurora as a whole, seems as if I'm in a manufacturing plant. I'm being referred to all of these different departments for treatment and leaving without any new news or relief from the reason I was there until he first place. I'm tired of paying copays, office visits and bills for things that I knew before I got to your office and leaving with no new news or plan of actions. It's annoying and time consuming.

I would like you to understand me and help me with more therapies. Why do I feel so sore in my back? And I also want you to talk to the labor department so that they pay me for my days that I have not been able to work. And they can give me a reward for the accident I had
