I got LOST! The sign for the X-ray Department was very small and at a elevation of about 16 ft. up by the ceiling. Didn't the designer realize that some people are vision impaired? Doesn't the hospital have to follow the rules for people with disabilities?

Dr Webber is the BEST. He has a clearly outlined plan for my care. He instills confidence in me regarding the upcoming surgery. He is a skilled, knowledgeable clinician, and his positive and pleasant demeanor is as important to the patient-physician relationship and my care as his knowledge and skill.

I was seen promptly by the nurse practitioner who completed an assessment of my current progress of my post-op recovery. She said the surgeon would be in soon to see me. I waited 30 minutes before the nurse practitioner checked in to see if the surgeon had seen me. She said she would check on the surgeon's clinical patient progress. The surgeon then came into my exam room a few minutes later. I wasn't informed that there was a problem or emergency that caused the delay, but I thought the delay I experienced was quite long for what was a brief 10 - 15 minute post-op follow-up visit.

Not happy that these doctors are just stretching this out. Possible torn ligament in my knee and it's coming up on 2 weeks before I have a diagnosis.
