Dr. Heezen is always helpful with my questions and I never feel like I am being rushed.

The nurse and receptionist were both very nice and helpful. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and nice. I wish all were like her. She leaves the 1st impression which is very important. Don't let her get away and commend her on the job she does. Please commend both.

Dr Heezen is great. I have a real problem with aurora billing - no one can answer questions. My bill was incorrect, dearlt with numerous people ion the phone for over three months, aurora sent me to collections then about a month later I received a credit without explanation. If I didn't like dr heezen so much I would never go to aurora again.

Dr Heezen has been such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I am lucky to have found him. Not since Mayo have I been so pleased with a doctor.

Dr. Heezen is well informed on my medical history, and a very through Dr. His greatest asset is his strategic, listening skills along with the genuine respectful care that he shows me as a patient.
