Dr. Heezen always takes the time to explain Lab results and listen to any concerns I might have. I also appreciate his opinion on any health related issues such as the value supplements and vaccines.

They need to go back so the customer can call the Dr's office direct.This waiting on the phone line is not Good customer service. We complain and nothing gets done to correct the problem.
