Appt times weren't given until day before. If their time didn't work for us they seemed frustrated. If they'd give a time it was always, thats all I have available but suddenly another time would work. Last minute doesn't work for us!!
Professional, caring and competent
You would not know that the waiting room was packed. Dr Gustafson was not rushed or hurried. Explained lab work and discussed what plan should be. He referenced previous testing and labs explaining how it all tied together. Good visit.
As always I was treated in a very kind manner by all of the medical staff.
Dr. Gustafson and his staff always provide reliable and encouraging services. I always feel like they have listened to me and answered my questions in a way I could understand. cancer can be a hard thing. They help guide me through it.
