Great doctor and staff. Doctor had a great bedside manner, explained things well with a sense of humor.

Dr. Draeger and the nurses I interacted with at this appointment were extremely pleasant to work with and took time to listen to and answer all of my questions regarding the procedure they performed. It was my first experience in this office and I left feeling confident and pleased with the treatment I received.

First time at the new location, very clean organized and easy to navigate. The check-in process was super easy and I liked how I could seat myself to my designated room - helped with my anxiety. Was a little freaked out when the nurse opened the inside door as soon as I entered the room. lol But thankfully, she was super down to earth and sweet. Meet Dr and he was VERY calming and made me confident in his abilities. The whole appointment was less than 20 minutes, and I left feeling heard and cared for: best of both worlds!

Still don't know how to get paid relief from my visit

The nurse was very pleasant and looked at my back to see if the wound was infected. The doctor looked at the wound and saw that it was not infected. he explained that the cyst might come back. He was very thorough and very informative. I was very pleased with them both.

He hasn't completed my surgery yet so kind of hard for a review. Also, your facility rules about masks put my life in danger. Masks do NOT reduce the spread of covid. Touching your face with a mask does spread covid. Dump the useless masks.
