Dr. Nevin-Biggs conversation with me was informative. We covered every aspect of my lung health including reminders how to correctly use my inhaler for the best benefit. She was kind and thorough about me trying to stop my near 50 year smoking addiction, without preaching or making me feel awful about it.

She was very caring,courteous and helped me understand what my health issues are and gave me a plan of action. The question I answered no to should have not applicable as one of the options. In my case this was my first visit with her.

For a first meeting doctor was referred by my regular pulmonologist. Not knowing me she was informed of my issues via record lookup. She addressed my concerns and Iwas satisfied with my visit.

She is always thorough and concerned about my overall health
