Dr. Biggs is new to me, so it seems she is trying to understand my complex problems. She is very intelligent yet caring. I am thankful to have her as my pulmonologist.

Dr. Biggs was kind, understanding, supportive & thorough! A few weeks ago someone called from Advocate-Aurora. Left a VM. To call for a referral. I did not call.. Then I thought I should call. So glad I did! She was over the top in caring & knowledge!

She was extremely well prepared and had reviewed my notes prior to this, our first visit. She even expressed concern about another heath issue unrelated to my visit. She was very easy to talk to.

I rate her A plus. She really cares about helping you get well. Takes time to listen to your concerns and explains to you what you don't understand. I am Blessed to have her as my doctor.

She was professional, attentive, good listener, good at what she does, polite, treat you as a patient and not what you assumed to be. It's a pity the specialist that I was referred from 5months ago cancelled the appointment twice 3-4day before appointment that was made 5months ago, so when this provider saw me there were no symptoms anymore unfortunately.
