since Advocate has taken over the practice, the ftont office and nursing staff has changed over numerous times. While newer and seemingly better equipment has been added, the staff (including doctors) seem stressed and rushed. While I completed checkin ahead if time in the Wellness app, I was still asked the same questions about my prescriptions and other things, so I don't understand the value if pre-check-in.
