Dr. Szuch is very patient-centered and I appreciate her care for me over the past 14 years - I am so pleased to have her as part of my health team.
The doctor is very kind and explains things well to me most of the time.
I never saw the doctor. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on time and sat in the room for over an hour as the doctor was running behind. I left after waiting almost an hour and a half. I took off work for a couple of hours for my appointment and had to get back to work, if I would have been told how long the delay would be, I would have arrived later or rescheduled my appointment.
I think it was one of the best experiences I've had with that doctor. She treated patients well with respect and explained clearly how the procedure works. I thank her again with all my heart for doing that surgery on my son. Thank you very much.
My experience was really good except for the wait in the lobby and in the room before I can be seen by the doctor.
