Unfortunately Dr Szuch was running 45 minutes late. It would have been nice if I could have been notified by text.

Miss having the taller waiting room chairs that are easier to get out of when visiting orthopedics

Although, I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time, the doctor was running late. I did not get seem until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was not informed of the delay when i checked in either. My time is valuable as well, to me. Previous appointment was also delayed.

He was knowledgeable, explained the process in a way that I could understand, friendly, but he was also late for my appointment by fifteen minutes.

Dr. Neena helped me feel at ease with this injection of my right knee and she was helpful. The nurses in her department were excellent.

She was very professional and knowledgeable

Dr. Szuch is a great diagnostician and explains very clearly, including me in decisions. She arranges for the "next step" care to check out causes of my areas of pain. I have great trust in her ideas & plans for care .

Only issue was the wait was 1 hour

She was very nice and kind
