The entire team, starting with the front desk staff, CNA, and ACL lab team, were efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Neda Bahrani is an outstanding provider, who shares a level of care and compassion that sets the bar very high. She had to put up with a lot on this particular visit, with a pap test and pelvic examine after many years and a post menopausal, stressed out patient. Dr. Bahrani was so very kind and supportive. As embarrassed as I feel about the whole thing, Dr. Bahrani deserves to be commended for her level of care, understanding, patience and respect. I am truly grateful that she is my doctor. Please take good care of her, we women need more doctors like Dr. Bahrani. Thank you.

I had a bad experience in the emergency room. They put me in a room. They left me there for 30 minutes. no one came in. I punch the button no one reply for another 20 minutes I got up and went out in the emergency room. I got the attention that's when they came in my room.
