Very thorough and caring

Dr. Ghannam is wonderful. However, you phlebotomy staff needs much improvement. The staff is unfriendly and they have attitudes. In addition, I am a "hard stick" and they want to draw blood from my hand and/or they stick me like a pin cushion. Advocate needs to retrain this team. Thank you.
