You shouldn't repeat encouraged use of online communication when one is calling in , it's annoying when one's sick and the on line system is like self checkout at a grocery store, at least not my cup of tea. Most importantly at least only have it say it once not repeatedly. Also ones date of birth is a bad reference point for finding ones file, it's too personal, name and phone/address would be more appropriate

Dr. Botros has been my PCP for over 20 years. I wouldn't trade him for anyone!!!

DR Botros is an excellent commentator and takes the time to explain why he thinks I should or should not be concerned when I ask questions. My wife and I really trust him and value him.
