I was given a $200+ TB BLOOD TEST that I never asked for because my insurance had told me that I would not be covered due the test being needed for employment. What I wanted to do was to have Chowdhury (or one of my oconologist to sign off on a TB WAIVER to avoid the need for a TB test.
