Wait time is unacceptable! If you have a schedule time, and pre checked in you shouldn't have to wait 2 hours before seeing the doctor. Over scheduling/ booking is unacceptable.
Staff was pleasant. Gentleman did not introduce himself. When i had to give a urine sample, he gave me no instructions for a midstream urine. There were instructions on the door inside, but I feel verbal instructions would allow for any questions. I know this does not have anything to do with his performance, but I do not feel jeans with holes them is appropriate wear in a proffessional atmosphere. Clean jeans without tears are proper for a professional appearance.. Thank you
