As always, the entire staff was professional, personable, and adhered to the best medical standards. Very fortunate to have a staff as excellent as this one.
I like Dr Abraham very much. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, efficient and easy to work with. The labs service was quick and easy to access at Lutheran General. Scheduling an appointment is always difficult as your excellent doctors are all over scheduled. I would give the whole experience a 10 but because scheduling an appointment is so difficult, you lose points. Specifically, when I got to the app, If I want to set up an appointment, the next available appointment is over 60 days away. That is unacceptable.
Dr. Abraham is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He listens and really cares. He is open minded and appreciates my knowledge of the concerns I have.

Dr. Abraham is the best. He listens. He knows your medical history. He knows you as a person. I feel so lucky to have him as my primary doctor.

He's arrogant can come accross rude at times. Never calls regarding test results. Takes forever to respond in the portal when a message is left. Will have a nurse call regarding questions. He doesn't listen when asked to do any paperwork regarding something important. Unless it's one of his nurses that doesn't know how to do it. Not sure!! Having him for a doctor has never felt like a genuine connection. Patients should always feel comfortable and heard! Not disregarded or not cared about. When a patient advocates for themselves they should feel comfortable to speak with their doctor. Can never get an appointment always a year later. Always sent to urgent care or emergency. It's horrible.
The appointment was on time , check in was easy. Dr Abraham did a through exam.
