I greatly appreciated that when Advocate postponed my appointment, Dr. Abraham renewed my prescription in advance so that I would not run out.
The medical assistant was not very kind. She had to mention she was the only one working and she didn't have time for me to use the washroom because she had to take my vitals. Also, the entire time she was asking me questions, she had her back turned to me while she was on the lap top. All these questions she asked also were already asked in the LiveWell pre check in so it was VERY REPETITIVE. Why pre check in then if all questions are going to asked again by the front staff and office staff?
