Dr Abraham is extremely caring and listens to all my concerns. His compassion is amazing and much appreciated. I am so fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor that I trust!

Good professional service

I had an appointment for my physical and this required giving a blood and urine sample. I did not like that I had to leave the office and go wait in another area to leave the samples. Seems inconvenient for patients.

I registered as soon as I walked in to the office building. I sat for over an hour and thought that because the people waiting to see doctors were elderly that perhaps they needed a great deal more time. When I went up to the desk, something had gone wrong and although I had registered and everything was in the computer it didn't go through

I am losing some respect for the Advocate System. Upon visiting for an appointment, the first question I am usually asked is, "Did you fast?" I have NEVER been told at previous appointments if I should fast the next time I visit. So now I have to call and make a new appointment and return for a blood draw. When I called today, I was on the phone for seven minutes (mostly in silence) before being told they needed supervisor approval of my "fasting blood draw." I told the attendant I would call the office directly.
