The results of the required procedures were better than I expected.
Waited too long to get an appointment only to have cancelled and rescheduled. If Dr is too busy, get him some help and avoid unhappy patients

Dr Divakaruni is great but considering that any hospital stays would have to be at Good Samaritan, I would get a second option from a Rush doctor so I could go to Copley Rush. Why is Advocate so greedy that they make their parents go to hospitals so far from here???

There was no reason for the office to contact me. Dr Divakaruni is gentle, knowledgeable, empathetic and excellent at explained each step as the procedure. The staff is caring and compassionate and did her best to make me be and feel comfortable.
