The entire staff was very professional and thoughtful during the whole care process.
I felt welcomed, listened-to, and cared-for. Dr. D. was kind and approachable.
Dr. Divakaruni has been wonderful, even if he is delivering not so great news. He has made me comfortable with every step of my journey with he and his team.
The self check in process is terrible. It was unclear on the site when I tried to set up the appointment who I was registering, myself or my child. When I got there the staff directed me to online check in, when I wanted to have the staff do it to avoid the site. The site ran incredibly slowly and it took me 15 minutes to check in. In the meantime 2 people showed up and were seen before me. It was very frustrating, and a bit dehumanizing. The staff were great once I was allowed to start interacting with them.
