Best Comperhensive care . Listens with compassion . Extremely knowledgeable

Dr. Hernandez is the best doctor I've had, she not only listens to you and she cares about what is happening with your body and she explains everything so well. She is extremely kind and I wish every doctor could be more like her. That's not common these days.

Dr Hernandez is an exceptional physician. She listens, respects me as a person, values my input & considers my concerns - the whole person. This includes my health & financial situation. She is a rare bird. Aurora - treat her well & value her. She's the best!!

This was my second attempt trying to see a provider at this office. Unfortunately central scheduling set up an appointment for me with an MD that was off and not scheduled to work that day. I have found that central scheduling does not know the Milwaukee area and it has been difficult to work with them. Back to your office now. I wish that I knew the receptionist name who assisted me but unfortunately I don't. (Her work station is on the far left, as she out toward the patients. ). She was able to get me in to see the doctor that I had originally wanted to see, relatively fast. Please give her a a Kudos! You can only get this kind of service from folks that work in the office that they a scheduling for. Dr. Hernandez is compassionate, kind, has a sense of humor, and is an excellent teacher in conveying sensitive information. She spent time getting to know me and it made me feel comfortable during the procedure that I needed. I'm sure her caseload is full, but I will recommend her to my friends, in the off chance that she has an opening.

It would have been nice to have been notified by office staff how far the doctor was behind schedule.

Dr. Hernandez was very patient and thorough with me in discussing the results of a recent pelvic ultrasound. She gave me several options as to follow up care, and allowed me to choose the one with which I was most comfortable. I feel she is always up-to-date on my overall health situation and on the pros and cons of all the treatment options she suggests. I have much faith and trust in her judgements.
