Natalie Erickson (might be misspelled) really impressed me with her insightful advice and medical knowledge. My wife and I both like her.

I don't like or approve of the CSR asking about my meds while I'm at the reception desk. My friend gave me a ride and as I was in a wheelchair he parked me and went to the desk, where he had to wait his turn, and the CSR asked him about my meds! I said it was ok he told him I was there but she insisted he be added to my account and discuss my meds! This should not be done, especially with others waiting!
