Wait times to get appointments are ridiculously long. I would prefer to speak to the provider's office directly when scheduling appointments rather than the call center. You don't explain bills; I now have an unexpected balance bill to pay.

First visit with Natalie. I was feeling extremely frustrated with Aurora's medical care, can't get in in a timely basis and while my provider was on maternity leave another provider covering for her decided to change my medication without consulting me or explaining and refused to return my call when I called to question the change. Natalie was the last chance before I went to Prevea. Natalie took a lot of time to listen to my concerns, offer refinements, alternatives and reassurances that together we could keep me healthy.
