Dr N. Surucci is excellent provider, providing complete and quality focused patient assessments and care. She focused on addressing all of my care needs.
The doctor that I saw was knowledgeable and kind but the office called me during the day and asked me if I can move my appointment an hour early in which I did. When I arrived at the medical facility, I waited 45 minutes in the doctor's room. I wasn't sure if the nurse forget to mention to the doctor that I was there. I went to the front desk and told them I have been waiting for 45 minutes. What was very upsetting is the office telling me to come an hour early and then making me wait in the doctor's room for 45 minutes. They should have never told me to arrive early.
Dr. Surucci was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain my medical record to me and to learn more about me. It was my first visit and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
Dr. Narcisa Surucci has been my primary care physician for over 25 years. She is an excellent diagnostician, a compassionate professional and proactive in treating and guiding me to manage and protect my own well being.
I've noticed as of lately that the medical assistants that take you into the room are not friendly. They make no attempt to say hello and introduce themselves to you by name Personally, I feel it. It's the younger generation and the way they've been raised, but I really think it's important to put the patient at ease in that any care provider should introduce himself to you by their name
