The time it took to get an appointment was too long.

This was a first time visit with a new doctor. She was very interested in me & my health history. Didn't feel rushed & had a great first visit. Will be happy to continue with this doctor.

Dr. Roman is always very professional, personable and respectful. I am a very nervous patient and she understands my anxiety. I am deeply grateful to have found a doctor I can trust. She is gentle and soft spoken and I appreciate that about her.

She was helpful and encouraging.

Left no notes of visit on live well. I forget sometimes I'd like to go back in the notes to view it.

In general terms, I know Advocate is working to on being efficient and turn around patients more quickly so we don't wait so long to see our docs and docs can see more patients. However, sometimes I feel the time spent in the office is a bit rushed. I've noticed this across the board in the past year or so with several appointments I've had. I can see the positive side of it, but the shortened interaction with a doctor can be a negative at times especially if there is a more serious condition or a patient has several questions. It is also stressful for the docs that get overbooked which I know has happened to my previous PC doc all the time. Again, I'm speaking in general terms. This was not specific to my recent appointment with Dr. Roman. Thank you.
